The included Sun Blaze 4 ft. 8 lamp T5 grow light fits the tent perfectly and will help produce lush plant growth in the veg stage. This kit has many different uses depending on your goals, but many growers will use this grow tent kit for starting plants indoors before moving them outside for the summer growing season. By doing this, you will allow your plants to grow in size before moving them outside, resulting in much larger plants with big buds when it is time to harvest in the fall.
